Obituary of Nancy Ann Pelle

Nancy Ann Pelle, age 92, died on Thursday, October 25, 2012 at Haven Hospice at JFK Medical Center. Nancy was born and raised in Plainfield and then in 1980 moved to Vero Beach, Florida where she resided for 20 years. Most recently she has resided in Plainfield. Mrs. Pelle did volunteer work with Deborah Hospital for many years. Nancy was a member of the North Plainfield Italian American Society Women's Auxiliary. She loved crocheting and made hats and scarves. She enjoyed Atlantic City and playing bingo along with dancing. Most of all she loved eating and spending time with her family. She is predeceased by her beloved husband, Anthony Pelle, Sr. in 2000; her brother, Peter Mastriana and her sister, Mary Lauro. Surviving are her sons; Anthony Pelle, Jr. and his wife, Joanne and Robert Pelle; her daughter; Linda Romano and her husband, Michael; her brothers, Joe Mastriana and his wife, Ginger and John Mastriana and his wife, Jenny; her sister-in-law, Evelyn Mastriana; and three grandchildren, A.J., Samantha and Vincent Pelle, as well as a host of nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, November 10, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Higgins Home For Funerals, 209 West 8th Street, Plainfield, NJ 07060.
