Obituary of Catherine Anna Kane

Catherine Anna (DAngelo) Kane, 82, died Sunday, September 14, 2003 at St. Francis Community Hospital in Greenville, SC. Born in Brooklyn, NY, she resided most of her life in Queens, NY, before moving to Greenville 10 years ago. Mrs. Kane was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton R.C. Church in Simpsonville, SC. She loved her grandchildren. Her husband John T. Kane predeceased her in 1982. Surviving are a daughter Patricia Flick and her husband William of Greenville, SC, a son Tom Kane and his wife Karen of Martinsville, NJ, four grandchildren, Christine Abbott, William Flick, Jr., Ian Kane and Brenden Kane and one great grandson Banks William Abbott. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 8:00 am to 10:00 am at the Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd, Watchung, NJ, followed by a 10:30 am funeral Mass at Blessed Sacrament R.C.
