Obituary of Joanne B. Benson

Benson, Joanne B., age 56, died on Tuesday, October 14th at Hospice Home in Burlington, NC. Mrs. Benson was born in Montclair and graduated from Verona High School, Berkeley School, and attended Caldwell College. She was a member of the National Association for Female Executives, Inc. She was employed as a Government Affairs Analyst for Sumitomo Marine Management (USA), Inc. Mrs. Benson is survived by her mother, Mildred Beam of Burlington, NC. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, November 8th at 11:00 am at Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Boulevard, Watchung. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Hospice Home, 918 Chapel Hill Road, Burlington, NC 27215, or the Seeing Eye Inc., PO Box 375, Morristown, NJ 07963-0375.
