Obituary of Rose Mary Parenti

Rose Mary (Cascavilla) Parenti, age 83, died on Wednesday, October 15, 2003 at Green Brook Manor Nursing Home in Green Brook. She was born in Plainfield and was a life long resident. Prior to her retirement, Mrs. Parenti worked as an engraver for Union Instrument Corporation in Plainfield for 15 years. She was also a communicant of St. Bernards Church in Plainfield and a member of their Altar Rosary Society. Mrs. Parenti was predeceased by her husband, George V. Parenti in 1970. She is survived by her daughter, Patricia Puglisi and her husband Joseph of Watchung; and two grandchildren, Dina Puglisi and Paul Puglisi and his wife Belinda. Family and friends may visit at Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Boulevard, Watchung on Friday, October 17th from 8:30 9:30 am. A Funeral Mass will follow at St. Bernards Church in Plainfield at 10:00 am. Interment at Hillside Cemetery in Scotch Plains. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in her memory to St. Bernards Church, 368 Sumner Avenue, Plainfield, NJ, 07062.
