Obituary of Claire Reichenfeld

Claire Reichenfeld, 90, died Sunday, October 26, 2003 at Brighton Gardens Nursing Home in Edison. Born in Hungary, she lived there until the age of 12, when she moved to New York with her family. She resided in Plainfield for 45 years before moving to Edison in 1997. He husband William A. Reichenfeld predeceased her in 1991 and a brother Jack Friedman also predeceased her. Surviving are two daughters Linda Bennett of Saddle River and Marilyn Howell of Edison, two sisters, Margaret Hirsch Weiss and Lillyan Molnar both of New York, five grandchildren, Kevan Riese, Jason Riese, Joshua Bennett, Samantha Stankiewicz and Matthew Bennett and two great granddaughters, Alexandra Riese and Carolyn Bennett. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, October, 28 at 12:00 noon at the Higgins Home for Funerals, 209 West Eighth St., Plainfield with Rabbi Moshe Samber officiating.
