Obituary of Eleanor H Kriney

Eleanor H (Hussey) Kriney, age 83, died on Wednesday, November 12, 2003 at Muhlenberg Regional Medical Center in Plainfield. Born in Plainfield to the late Edward and Catherine Coughnorton Hussey, Mrs. Kriney lived in Green Brook, Plainfield and then Long Beach Island before residing in Spring Lake Heights three years ago. Prior to retiring Mrs. Kriney worked for Bethlehem Steel in Dunellen as a secretary for 28 years. Former communicant of St. Marys R.C. Church in Plainfield. Mrs. Kriney enjoyed the beach, bike riding and helping others. She is predeceased by her husband, James E. Kriney Sr. in 1970. She is also survived by her 2 sons, James E. Kriney, Jr. and his wife Susan of Green Brook; David Kriney of Kashiashram FL; a former daughter-in-law, Lois Jane Chick. Also four grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, November 15th at 9 am from the Higgins Home for Funerals 209 West 8th St. Plainfield followed by a 10 am funeral mass at St. Mary R.C. Church in Plainfield. Visitation will be on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm.
