Obituary of William Jerald “Jerry” Carter

William Jerry Carter, age 51, died on Tuesday, November 25, 2003 at Central Du Page Hospital in Winfield, IL. Born in Tampa, FL, he lived in North Plainfield, South Plainfield until 1985, and Texas for several years before moving to Carol Stream, IL in 1997. Mr. Carter graduated in the top of his class from Tusculum University in Greenville, TN. He was the Service & Parts National Accounts Manager for Electrolux Home Products in Hoffman Estates, IL. He was a former member of Grace Methodist Church in North Plainfield. He loved music, reading, and had a great sense of humor. Surviving is his beloved wife, Deborah (Harris) Carter; his son, David Carter of Carol Stream, IL; his daughter, Kristen Carter of Carol Stream, IL; his parents, Cecil and Nann Carter of Bethlehem, PA; his sister, Gayle DeLee Ripper of Bethlehem, PA; and 5 nieces and nephews, Douglas, Christopher, and Caitlin Sclack, and Jonathan and Emily Ripper.
