Rico, This has been a really tough week. I miss you a whole lot, and have many regrets that we did not spend more time together in the recent years. But I am so grateful to have had a friend like you...gentle, thoughtful, and kind. I hope that you are free to skate and to rock whenever you want now. Rest in peace brother.

My most heartfelt condolences goes out to Rico's family and friends. Rico was a unique spirit and touched the lives of many, many people. He was one of the only people that always put a smile on my face. He was a true brother to all of his friends and the skateboarding community. Rest in peace my friend. Taylor
