Obituary of Ann Ertle
Ann Ertle, age 76, died on Tuesday, December 2, 2003 at Florida Hospital Waterman, Eustis, FL. Mrs. Ertle was born in Paris, France and came to the United States in 1947. She had lived in North Plainfield for 42 years before moving to Eustis, FL 3 years ago.
Prior to her retirement in 1990, Mrs. Ertle had worked as an inspector for Lockheed Electronics in Watching for 30 years.
She was a communicant of Our Lady of the Lakes Church in Eustis and a former communicant of St. Joseph R.C. Church in North Plainfield. Mrs. Ertle was a member of the Star Dusters Retirement Club in North Plainfield. She enjoyed traveling in her spare time, but most of all she loved spending time with her grandchildren.
Mrs. Ertle was predeceased by her husband, Henry W. Ertle in 1984. She is survived by two daughters, Sandra Importico and her husband Nicholas of North Plainfield, and Barbara Ann Lewis of North Plainfield; two sons, Henry C. Ertle and his wife Bonnie of South Plainfield and Keith J. Ertle and his wife Linda of Eustis, FL; two brothers, Romano Borgobello of Green Brook and Pierre Borgobello of North Plainfield; a sister, Maria Gibbs of Longwood FL; 9 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 6th at 8:15 a.m. from the Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Boulevard, Watchung followed by a 9 a.m. Funeral Mass at St. Joseph R.C. Church in North Plainfield. Interment will be at Hillside Cemetery, Scotch Plains. Visitation will be on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m.
