Obituary of Albert H. Hellrigel

OBITUARY Albert H. Hellrigel Warren: Mr. Albert H. Hellrigel, age 86, died on Monday, January 12, 2004 at his home in Warren. Born in Irvington, to the late Henry and Mae Sporman Hellrigel, Mr. Hellrigel has been a long time resident of Warren since 1937. He worked as a truck driver for the Weldon Concrete Company in Scotch Plains for 32 years retiring in 1978. Mr. Hellrigel was a dedicated hunter and fisherman in his spare time, and also was a member of the Teamsters Retiree Club. He is predeceased by his wife, Lillian Whitney Hellrigel in 1977. He is survived by his two daughters, Joan A. Piro of South Plainfield and Jamie S. Hellrigel of Warren. Three sons, Walter Porreca of Greentown, PA, Robert H. Hellrigel of Pisgah, NC and William H. Hellrigel of Boca Raton, FL. Fifteen grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 15th at 10 a.m. in the Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Boulevard, Watchung. Interment will be in Hillside Cemetery, Scotch Plains.
