Obituary of Andre Joseph Fleurisme

Andre Joseph Fleurisme, age 60, died on Sunday January 25, 2004 at his home. Mr. Fleurisme was born in Haiti and had lived in Plainfield for 30 years before moving to North Plainfield seven years ago. Mr. Fleurisme worked as a Customs Shipping Supervisor at FedEx in Newark for five years. He also worked as a real estate agent for Century 21 in Scotch Plains for 10 years. He enjoyed reading and working around his house. He was a devoted father. Mr. Fleurisme is survived by a son Didier Paul Fleurisme of Plainfield. He is also survived by a brother Bertho and three sisters Andrea, Camene, and Alourde. Funeral Services will be held at 9:15 am on Saturday January 31, 2004 at Higgins Home for Funerals 461 Somerset St., North Plainfield followed by a 10:00 am Funeral Mass at St. Bernards R.C. Church in Plainfield. Interment will be at Hillside Cemetery in Scotch Plains. Visitation will be held on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the funeral home.
