Obituary of Rudolf S. Garon

Rudolf S. Garon, age 89, died on Tuesday, February 24, 2004 at Muhlenberg Regional Medical Center in Plainfield. Born in Newark to the late Michael and Helen Zybura Garon, Rudolf lived in Hillside before residing in Warren 8 years ago. He was employed by General Electric in Springfield for 17 years as a Machinist. Mr. Garon enjoyed watching horse racing, baseball games and collecting coins. Mr. Garon is predeceased by his wife, Mary Codomo Garon in 1978. He is survived by his three sons, Anthony L. Suttile of Fort Lauderdale, FL; Ronald R. Garon of Piscataway, and Ruldoph M. Garon of Warren; two daughters, Patricia E. Mazzucco of Clark and Barbara T. Grabowski of Kenilworth. Also eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. The funeral will be held on Friday, February 27th at 9 a.m. from the Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Boulevard, Watchung followed by a 10 a.m. funeral Mass at Our Lady of the Mount R.C. Church, Warren. Entombment at Hollywood Memorial Park, Union. Visitation will be on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. in the funeral home.
