Obituary of Ann Coppola

Ann (nee Naporano) Coppola, age 94, died on Friday, February 27, 2004 at Greenbrook Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Green Brook. Born in Newark to the late Joseph and Theresa Padovano Naporano, Mrs. Coppola had lived in Newark her entire life before moving to Green Brook 5 years ago. Predeceased by her husband, Louis Coppola in 1985 and her daughter, Rae Coppola in 2001. Survived by her daughter, Joan Coppola of Green Brook and her son James Coppola of Cranford; two sisters, Rose Rea and Mildred Caponegro; three brothers, Andrew, Fred and Anthony Naporano, two grandchildren, Stephanie and James and three great-grandchildren. The funeral will be held on Tuesday, March 2nd at 9 a.m. in Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Boulevard, Watchung followed by a 10 a.m. funeral Mass at Our Lady of the Mount R.C. Church, Warren. Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery in Basking Ridge. Visitation will be on Monday from 6:30 - 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
