Obituary of Elizabeth Geisel

Elizabeth Geisel, 86, died Thursday, March 17, 2004 at Benedictine Hospital in Kingston, NY. Born in Romania, she resided in North Plainfield for 25 years and Brick for 10 years before moving to Kingston 5 months ago. A homemaker, Mrs. Geisel is survived by two sons, Stefan Geisel and his wife Anemarie of Kingston and Josef Geisel and his wife Crissi of Middlesex, a daughter Elizabeth Menz and her husband Harry of Kingston, 5 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and 2 sisters in Germany. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, March 22 at 1:00 pm at the Higgins Home for Funerals, 461 Somerset St., North Plainfield with Rev. Frank Rose officiating, followed by interment at Hillside Cemetery in Scotch Plains. Visitation will be held on Monday from 12:00 noon to 1:00 pm. at the funeral home.
