Obituary of Maria Vera Coven

Maria Vera (Duffek) Coven, 65, died Sunday, March 21, 2004 at St. Peters Medical Center in New Brunswick. Born in Budapest, Hungary, Mrs. Coven resided in Irvington before moving to Warren in 1973. For many years she was a realtor in the Warren Township area before retiring two years ago. Surviving are her husband, N.B. Coven; two sons Lawrence S. Coven and his wife Janet of Warren and Richard G. Coven of Warren; her mother, Terezia Duffek of Warren; three grandchildren, Alexis, Danielle and Zachary and a nephew, Walter Temesi and his wife Laura of Bayville, NJ. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, March 24, 2004 at 11:30 am at the Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung. Visitation Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9.
