Obituary of Jack Friedman

Jack Friedman, age 97, died on Tuesday May 25th, 2004 at his home in North Plainfield. Mr. Friedman was born in Waverly, NY and had resided in Plainfield for 26 years from 1925 to 1951 before moving to North Plainfield. Prior to retiring in 1965, Mr. Friedman was the proprietor for ten years of Myers Liquor in Plainfield and for thirty years she was the owner of New York Fruit Company also in Plainfield. He is predeceased a sister Martha Spector in 2003. He is survived by several nieces and nephews. Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 am on Friday May 28th 2004 at Higgins Home for Funerals 461 Somerset St. North Plainfield NJ. Interment will be at Hebrew Cemetery in South Plainfield.
