Obituary of Elizabeth L. Gordon

Elizabeth L. Gordon, age 91 years, died on Friday, December 7, 2012 at Gulf Side Hospice in Hudson, FL. She was born in Liverpool, England and had lived in Brooklyn, NY and North Brunswick before moving to Florida. Prior to her retirement in 1958, she worked in Quality Control for Revlon. Mrs. Gordon was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star in New Brunswick . She is predeceased by her husbands, John Olson in 2000, Steve Dvorshak in 2002, Joseph Tormmolino and her companion, John Zowalki and her brother, Leslie Gordon. Surviving are her daughter, Cantor Emilie Coopersmith and her husband, Dr. E. Gerald Coopersmith of Bridgewater; her son, Gordon R. Olson and his wife,Rev. Cynthia Olson of Sacramento, CA; her brother, George S. Gordon and 5 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Funeral services were private and held under the direction of Higgins Home for Funerals, Watchung, NJ. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of your choice.
