Obituary of Tamara Alfandre-Nichols

Tamara Alfandre-Nichols, 35, beloved wife, mother, daughter and sister, died at home in Berkeley Heights, NJ on June 9, 2004 after a long illness. She was born in Plainfield, NJ and graduated from Westfield High School and American University. She was an Art Director with McGraw-Hill in NYC. Tamara brought light, beauty, and inspiration to all who knew and loved her. She empowered people to meet the challenges of each day with grace, dignity, and love. Tamara will be sadly missed by her husband, Rob, her precious daughter Jordan, her mother Geraldine Alfandre Oldman, her sisters Rachel, Elyse and Jocelyn, her grandfather Walter Nelson, and all who loved her. Her father, Dr. Howard Alfandre, died in 1981. Funeral Services were held from the Higgins Home for Funerals in Watchung. Donations in her memory can be made to the Susan G.
