Obituary of Henrietta Evelyn Brown

Henrietta Evelyn Brown, age 81, died on Tuesday, July 13, 2004 at the Clark Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Clark. Born in Lynchburg, VA to the late Melvin and Maude Flood, Mrs. Brown lived in Newark and Union before residing in Plainfield in 1973. Mrs. Brown loved being with her family more than anything else. She is predeceased by her husband, Amos Brown in 1976. She is survived by her three children, Darryl Brown, Denise Warney Bailey and Diane Coney all of Plainfield. One sister, Betty Flood and 8 grandchildren, Jasmine and Jade Coney, Ashley and Jameel Warney, Robert, Jordan, Armand and Vaughn Brown. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, July 15th at 10:30 a.m. in the Higgins Home for Funerals, 209 West 8th Street, Plainfield. Cremation was private.
