Always calm in the face of crisis, she provided our staff with guidance and support when we lost one of our individuals in a terrible fire on Christmas Eve. She provided comfort and strength at a time when it was needed the most. She was a dedicated advocate for the people served in an overburden system. She had great sense of humor and common sense. Her compassion would shine through her tough exterior. We have lost her too soon and will remember her in our thoughts and prayers.
