Obituary of Florence Duffey

Green Brook: Florence Leavy Duffey, age 96, died on Thursday, August 5, 2004 at the Greenbrook Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Green Brook. Born in New York City to the late Harold and Margaret McBride Leavy, Mrs. Duffey had lived in New Haven, CT before residing in Green Brook two years ago. She worked as a Bookkeeper for Dr. Brandt in Milford, CT for 15 years before retiring over 30 years ago. Mrs. Duffey is predeceased by her husband, Brady Nicholas Duffey, her son, Brady Duffey and her daughter, Brenda Hargraves. She is survived by 9 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. A memorial mass will be held at a later date. Interment will be in St. Johns Cemetery, Stamford, CT
