Obituary of Douglas F. Winell

Douglas Frank Winell, age 25, died on Saturday, August 14, 2004 at his home. Born in Plainfield, Douglas was a lifelong resident of Green Brook. He attended the University of New Hampshire where he received his B.S. degree in Plant Biology. Douglas enjoyed photography, gardening, meditation along with writing his own music using electronic instruments and the drums. He is survived by his parents, Marvin and Dale Lehmann Winell of Green Brook; his two sisters, Jennifer Winell of NYC and Rachel Winell of Brussels, Belgium. A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, August 17th at 10 am in the Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Boulevard, Watchung. Cremation is private.
