Obituary of Jeanne Marie Hachey

Jeanne (LeBlanc) Hachey, age 79, died on Tuesday, August 24, 2004 at Overlook Hospital in Summit. She was born in Canada and had lived in New Providence before moving to Gillette over 40 years ago. Mrs. Hachey was a homemaker. She was a communicant of St. Vincent DePaul Church and was a member of the Long Hill Senior Citizens. She is survived by her husband, Jerry Hachey of Gillette; her sons, Paul Hachey and his wife Dorothy of Millington, Ron Hachey and his wife Carole of Fogelsville, PA, Allan Hachey and his wife Jill of Gillette and Marc Hachey and his wife Mina of Clinton Township; her brothers, Aime LeBlanc and Ovila LeBlanc; her sister, Alva LeBlanc, all of Canada. Also surviving are her 10 grandchildren, Stephanie, Christopher, Amy, Elisa, Jeremy, Emily, Matthew, Jennifer, Adam and Sara. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 28, 2004 at 9:00 a.m. at Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd. Watchung followed by a 10:00 a.m. Funeral Mass at St. Vincent DePaul Church in Stirling. Interment will follow at St. Vincent DePaul Cemetery. Visitation will be on Thursday, August 26th from 7-9 and on Friday, August 27th from 2-4 & 7-9 at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made in her name to The American Heart Association, Memorials Program, 2550 U.S.Highway 1, North Brunswick, NJ 08902-4301.
