Good Ol' Uncle Paul,
I'm sorry that I didn't truly express my thoughts to you in person, but I hope my actions spoke louder than my words as yours did. You touched my heart in more ways than you can ever imagine. When I was 17 you bought me my first car, I didn't ask, you just did it out of the goodness of your heart. When I was pregnant with Justin and walked in the house, you came running over and grabbed my big belly. You were so excited and your eyes lit up in a way that only a proud uncle could! And when Justin was born, then Brendon, you came to visit and you were just so happy! My boys love you so much and I hope that they will always remember you. You would come over and just let them jump all over you and you never said a word, just loved every second of it. I never met a man with as much compasion and love as you. You are truly unique and I will always love and remember you as a very special person in my heart. You have touched the hearts of many people in many ways. If someone needed help in any way, they didn't even need to ask, you just heard of it and helped however you could. I can't say enough good about you, I just wanted you to know how much you mean to me and how much I love you and will continue to love you. You will always be remembered and celebrated in our home and our hearts. I love you!

I just want to offer my deepest sympathy for the Blaine family. Paulie was a good man and friend. While we only crossed paths about once a year, it was always smiles, a firm handshake and solid smacks on the back. Growing up I've know Billy & Paulie since Vo-tech high school days. Sharing a home with Billy I was lucky to share time and get to know their sisters Anne and Patti. You all share a common bond as good people and friends. The last time I saw Paulie was about a year or so ago when he just stopped in to my house ou of the blue because he was working in the area. Covered in dirt and driving that old beat up Duel wheel pickup, and a six pack at the ready, I debated unions with him over a few cold ones. It was as if no time had passed since I last saw him,...although it was probably a couple years. But that was Paulie. He was a kid always full of life and zest to have fun. I call him kid only because he was always Billy's kid brother to me. A good friend to my own kid brother Tyler. You all have the support of a good family and many many friends. We will miss Paulie. I offer my condolences and support during this life transition for Paulie and those who knew him, and loved him.
My thoughts are with you,
Tracy Penn
