Obituary of Edward Francis Biedron

Edward Francis Biedron, age 56 died on Saturday, November 27, 2004 while on vacation in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He was born in Elizabeth, grew up in Iselin and had lived in South Plainfield, Green Brook and Jackson, Wyoming before moving to Dunellen 17 years ago. He graduated from Union County College with an Associates Degree in Respiratory Therapy and from Kean University with a Bachelors Degree in Science Management. Mr. Biedron was a respiratory therapist for 31 years at Muhlenberg Regional Medical Center and also as a respiratory therapist Supervisor at the Lyons VA Hospital. He was a communicant of St. John the Evangelist Church in Dunellen and was a member of the National Board of Respiratory Therapists. Mr. Biedron enjoyed cooking, gardening, fishing and music. He also loved his family and the outdoors. Surviving are his wife, Janet R. (Marcotte) Biedron; his son, Marc Edward of Westcosville, PA; his daughter, Jessica Marie Biedron of Dunellen; his brother, Robert Biedron of VA; and his sister, Maureen Biedron-Labudzki of Holmdel. Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 3, 2004 at 8:15 a.m. at Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd. Watchung followed by a 9:00 a.m. Funeral Mass at St. Johns Church in Dunellen. Interment will follow at St. Gertrudes Cemetery in Colonia. Visitation will be on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9.
