Obituary of Joseph Robert Ebert

Warren: Joseph Robert Ebert, age 85, died peacefully on Thursday, December 16, 2004 at Hunterdon Medical Center in Flemington. He was born in the Bronx and was raised in Teaneck and moved to Warren in 1966. Mr. Ebert attended Pace University. Prior to his retirement, he was a Sales Representative for R.P. Luce in Berkeley Heights for 27 years. He served in the Navy during World War II as an Aviation Machinist Mate First Class. Mr. Ebert was a Communicant of Our Lady of the Mount Church and a member of the Rosary Altar Society. He enjoyed outdoor sports, the Yankees and was active in the Boys Scouts. He was involved in animal husbandry, raising chickens. He is predeceased by his wife Elizabeth in 1998. He is survived by his sons, William Ebert and his wife Debby, Joseph Ebert and his wife Leslie and John Ebert and his wife Cindi. Also surviving are 7 grandchildren and one great granddaughter. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, December 28th at 12:00 at Our Lady of the Mount Church, Warren. Arrangements are under the direction of Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd. Watchung.
