I worked with Harold over the past 10 1/2 years, and besides being a work associate, he was a friend. I will never forget our trip to St. Croix, where you drive American cars on the other side of the road. Harold was forever freaking out and telling me I was on the wrong side of the road. I am sure I speak for many others whose lives he touched in saying we will miss him. Please accept my sincerest condolences -- we share in your loss.

BETH, MY DEEPEST SYMPATHY TO YOU AND YOUR FAMILY AT THIS MOST DIFFICULT TIME. MY THOUGHTS AND MY PRAYERS WILL BE WITH YOU. SINCE I HEARD THE NEWS YESTERDAY I HAVE BEEN THINKING OF YOU AND HARRY A LOT. IN MY ENTIRE LIFE IF I EVER KNEW A COUPLE WHO WERE TRULY MEANT FOR EACH OTHER, IT WAS YOU AND HARRY. WHEN I REMEMBER HARRY I CAN ONLY THINK OF HOW MUCH I LIKED BEING AROUND HIM. I REMEMBER HOW EASY IT WAS FOR ME TO MAKE HIM LAUGH, AND HOW I WOULD DO SOMETHING OR SAY SOMETHING STUPID BECAUSE I TRULY ENJOYED WATCHING HIM LAUGH. ALTHOUGH I HAVEN'T KEPT IN TOUCH WITH A LOT OF PEOPLE IN A NUMBER OF YEARS, MY YEARS AT DAYTON WILL ALWAYS BE PRICELESS TO ME BECAUSE OF PEOPLE LIKE HARRY. IN LOSING HIM WE HAVE TRULY LOST ONE OF THE GOOD PEOPLE. I KNOW THAT GOD WILL GIVE YOU AND YOUR FAMILY THE STRENGTH YOU NEED IN THIS MOST DIFFICULY TIME.

I would like to express my deepest sympathies regarding the loss of Harold.
It was a pleasure to get to know Harold. I only know Harold for a few years btu I enjoyed his great sense of humour. I thoroughly enjoyed his company.
I have very fond memeories of the first trip that Harold took to Florence. We spent a lot of time together and got to know more about each other and our backgrounds.
Harold will be missed at GE, and I will miss seeing him at the meetings and hearing his voice on the weekly conference calls.
Take care Harold as I am sure the pain you were suffering is gone and you have moved on to an even better place.

My deepest sympathy to the family. When I heard the news of Harold's passing it was with great sorrow and great joy at the same time. He will be deeply missed, but it is a comfort to know that his suffering is over. I had the privilege of working with Harold at GE Oil & Gas in the Rotary department. His calls and visits to Oshkosh, WI were always a pleasure. He had a zest for life and a love for his family that was lifting.
May the Lord be with you in this time of sorrow. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.

I had the pleasure of joining Harold on a number of business trips with GE and AC Compressor. He was highly respected and well liked by everyone we came in contact with on those trips. I always admired the way he could ease everyones tensions even during the most frustrating of moments at meetings. He will be missed.
My sincerest condolences.
