Obituary of Matthew Bernard Colford

Matthew Bernard Colford, age 92, died on Tuesday, February 21, 2006 at his home. He was born in New York City and had been a Warren resident for many years. Mr. Colford was associated with the Linden Lane Farm since 1969. He was active on the thoroughbred tracks throughout the east for many years along with his late father Matthew J. Colford. He served in the United States Navy during World War II. He is survived by three nephews. A memorial mass will be held on Monday, February 27th, 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of the Mount Church. Funeral arrangements are by Higgins Home for Funerals. Interment is private.
