This was sent to one of Denise's local colleagues from someone in Infineum Italy: "Hello Charlie, yes yesterday I heard about Denise.. I am really sad about this terrible fact.. I didn’t know nothing about her illness and for me it was really a … terrible sad news. She was so .. enthusiastic and smiling, every time I met her. I am really sorry for that. I do not have a lot of possibilities to know all colleagues very well , but sometimes someone gives you really something more than others even in few minutes .. or few words or at a glance, and it is not necessary to see one each other every day.. . it’s just feeling .. Denise was one of them… Cristina Rizzi, Vado Ligure Italy"

To Tracy and Denise's family, My deepest condolences to all of you. Seeing Denise wherever and whenever we met was always such a pleasure. Her sweet smile and willingness to lean down for a hug started every visit that then went on to be pure enjoyment. She left us way too soon and is missed greatly.

Tracy and Denise's family,
I have known Denise for many years at Infineum, although never reporting to her. She was the "easy to go" kind of colleague, always available to provide advice and support. She was fun to be with, always very kind to everybody, and always making things look easier.
Denise you are in my prayers and thoughts as we are preparing for the start up of the SINGA project that you initiated
May God comfort you all

Denise - It was almost 17 years ago that I started my career and was fortunate to have you for a supervisor. You were always the perfect role model - someone I could aspire to be - well-respected, smart, honest, fair, and fun. After 3 yrs we both moved on to different jobs.. You always checked in on me - always asking "Are you bored yet?" It wouldn't be long before you recruited me onto your team for another run! Those 6 years under your leadership were the most challenging, most fulfilling, and most fun!! I want you to know that I will forever be grateful to you for showing me the way and setting me down the right path so many years ago!!!
Tracy and Venanzi family - On Saturday I held the most perfect snowflakes. Their beauty was so profound that I knew they had been hand casted by Heaven's Angels. What I didn't realize at the time was that God was preparing to receive in one of The Best!!! Heaven is truly blessed!!! May your memories of Denise wrap you all in great comfort!
God Bless,
Courtney Richichi

Denise was a shining light within the Infineum family and was always there to help with programs we provided for our youth. She always had time to sit and explain a new project and process and we loved calling her our one and only "civil." She will be greatly missed by all of us. May you see God's light on the path ahead
When the road you walk is dark.
May you always hear,
Even in your hour of sorrow,
The gentle singing of the lark.
When times are hard may hardness
Never turn your heart to stone,
May you always remember
when the shadows fall—
You do not walk alone.

As Denise's varsity basketball coach at HCRHS, not only did I have the pleasure of coaching a talented and selfless athlete, but an individual who touched so many in a positive manner. As her coach, Denise offered me much support in my decisions on and off the court.
I was so happy to have followed her career periodically running into her at various events. And recently, Denise found time in her busy schedule to once again support me at the HCRHS Hall of Fame Induction. We shared laughs, and many stories that evening. I have a smile on my face and warmth in my heart.
I feel privileged to have been in her company.

To my friend and colleague Denise, so many good memories, where to begin? Countless hours working on project economics, too many sensitivities, "Trevor's margin" and ripping it apart, the tornado charts, the "nightmare" case, the "colorful" worksheet, listening to Tom's and Charlie's stories, laughing at Joe until we cried, chili crabs and durian in Singapore, how you knew that I would hesitate to answer the phone when I saw it was you because I knew how much work was coming, how you always wanted to be "alone" on the plane, comparing all the house projects, living in the "condemned" house, that awful pizza in the cafeteria, and so many more... I will always miss you my friend, until we meet again.

Do not stand at my grave and weep,
I am not there; I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow,
I am the diamond glints on snow,
I am the sun on ripened grain,
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you awaken in the morning’s hush
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circling flight.
I am the soft starlight at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry,
I am not there; I did not die.
