To the Grossmueller Family: I was saddened to read of Werner's death. I met Werner as a Rutgers student enrolled in the forestry program in which we shared many classes. As a Linden High grad, and he from Union, we had a natural school rivalry which never came between us as classmates. I recall his passion for cars back then. We shared a love of Corvettes since I often got to drive my brother's 1966 Vett. As a grandfather I was happy to read about his love for his grandchildren and creating happy memories with them. I too as a grandfather work to do the same with my three grandchildren. I was blessed to have a great grandfather who did the same for me. I will remember you all in my prayers at daily Mass that his spirit will always be with you in the years to come. Deacon Tom Pluta
