To the family, you have my condolences. Although
Shirley was a petite woman at the time, I did not know she was such a phenomenal woman. We laughed, we dissagreed with UNION business, but we were friends. I missed her when she retired. She had power.
I loved her like a big sister/friend. I know this is a difficult time. Know that God will help all of you through this time of sorrow.</b></font><br><br>
