My husband, Ed, and I wish to extend our sincere condolences to Dr. Hy Tobey on the death of his wife, Jean. I do not believe we ever met Mrs. Tobey, but we were both patients of Dr. Tobey for many years and knew him quite well. Our thoughts go out to him and his children.
