To The Bailey Family,
When reading the obituary, I found myself thinking about our early days on West Third Street and The Calvary Baptist Church. Many a day I would see Frankie standing outside of National Starch while on a break and we were talk about the "good ole days".
May the family find comfort in the memories and rely on God's strength. You are in my prayers.
