Saturday, October 6, 2007
Dr.& Mrs Blumberg and family,
My brother Michael and I wish to extend to you our thoughts and prayer with the loss of Sandra. Michael bowled and swim with Sandra and he spoke very highly of her he always said she has such a pretty smile he liked that about her and that she was always kind and nice to him. I knew her at the swim pool and at bowling and she was a very special young lady. I know that she is in heaven and cheering us all on in what ever we are doing down here.
We lost our youngest brother almost a year now and it was a very hard year that we had but the thing that made it easiest at times is that we know that they are angel that have gone ahead for us. When Michael found out he said now our brother has a knew friend in heaven. Please know that you are in our thoughts prayer and hearts always and that she was a very special lady God Blessed you with
Laura & Michael Addison

The loss of a beautiful young girl is always a tragedy. I did not know Sandra, but I was touched by the article on her. I specifically noted that it said she attend Janet Rocks. Janet is my daughter who died of Sudden Cardiac Arrest in August. I was touched that Sandra would attend this event. I wish I would have met her there. I am sure she would have amazed me. God bless you. I feel your loss and know the road ahead is not easy. With all my love and prayers, Karen Zilinski

I will always remember the "Penny Wars of 2006" at WHRHS to help Sandy raise money for CTF. Sandy had a great time dropping "coin bombs' on special teachers and relating their reactions when she returned from her mission. An amazing young lady who dazzled us with her smile and motivated us all to help others. God bless.

Sandra's enthusiasm for life was a bug everyone near her was happy to catch. When I think about all she accomplished in 19 years -- all the people she inspired, all the love she gave, all the lives she changed -- I am both humbled and awed. Those of us in the Urinetown cast always called her our No. 1 fan. But, in the end, I think she had turned the tables on us: We'll all remember how we became Sandra's fans.

Although I have never met you, I have heard nothing but amazing things about you. How beautiful you are both inside and out... how your smile can light up a dark room... and how you show people what a true "warrior" is. My brother, Ryan, has been so sadden by you leaving. He spent a few days with me and I cant find the right words to say to him. I tell him to be strong but it is ok to cry. I took him bowling yesterday, and you were the only thing he talked about. I wanna thank you for being a true friend to him. For not only showing him what a real friend is but also how to be a good person. Watch over him, i know you will always be in his heart. May you rest in peace.
All my love and deepest sympathy to Sandy's family during this difficult time. I am so sorry for your loss.

My deepest sympathy is with the family. Our heavenly Father, Jehovah, has promised in his word the Bible, that very soon the word death will no longer be a part of our vocabulary: Isaiah 25:8 "He will actually swallow up death for ever and the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will certainly wipe the tears from all faces". Until that time, please allow him to comfort you and your family during this difficult period.

The only person on the planet who smiled more than anyone I have ever known. Her jovial spirit always radiated throughout which always brought a smile to my face.
I will miss you Sandra. It still does not seem like you are gone. You were strong till the end. I will remember you always...even when Summer Rae and I wear the knitted hat your mom made for me!

Sandy was such a great person who always smiled and never let anything get her down, always active and somebody to look upto when things didn't seem to go your way, she always seemd to bring a smile to everyone who crossed in her path who knew what she had to go through in life, why this would have to happen to someone at shuch a young age who has such a positive attitude is way beyond my thoughts. I can remember going shopping with her and her comming to my house and me going to her house all times we had so much fun and kept laughing with eachother, one very memorable thing is that at one point she wanted me to be her boyfriend. Sandy I am sorry to see you go at such a young age. My thoughts and prayers are with the Blumberg family.

My memories go back from the childhood to the present day. They are filled with unforgettable good times. Sandy had a remarkable sense of humor that made me always cheerful when we were together. I had the privledge of tutoring her in my home and I always thought she was smarter than I was. Actually, we lived on the same block, which made it easy for us to get together often. We had many occasions to walk our dogs down our street. I also had the oppertunity to have choir practise @ Sandy's house. Aside from this, Sandy's Mother and Father and familly members often included me into trips to Papermill Playhouse, the Mall, movies, and out to dinner which was a lot of fun. It was so enjoyable taking the dogs to have their pictures taken with Santa @ the mall.
During Sandy's High School years I had the pleasure of working with her in McAuley Hall Health Care Center.
Sandy's prescence will always remain in my mind and heart since she played such a big part in everything we did. May she rest in peace love, Sue Harding
