We were the next door neighbors of the Ellis family on Flatlands Avenue in Brooklyn. We remember the joy in the family when Joanne was born and the years long gone as we watched Joanne grow up. We remember the passing of her mother, Marge, and are saddened by the news of Joanne's death.

Joanne,
How can you be gone from us so quickly? You were so full of life. I loved working with you, chatting with you and laughing with you. Now, my prayers are with you and for your beloved pets.

Dear Leonard, BJ, Bart and the Merrill Lynch family.
Please accept my deepest condolences at the sudden loss of Joanne. I became acquainted with Joanne through business communications in regard to our our respective companies and bosses. Having also grown up in New York we had many of things in common and hit if off right away. The thing I loved most about Joanne was her sense of humor and warmth. We shared several good laughts over the daily things life throws at you. I am happy I got to meet her in person during a trip to NY. I will miss talking with her.
