Karen your mom was an incredible lady and she raised a wonderful daughter. Your mom was always fun to be around. She had so many interesting things to say and had done so much in her lifetime. It was an honor knowing her and seeing first hand her love for her family. I know that she will be missed but her memory will live on thru her children, grandchildren and thru the many people who got to know her. All my LOVE to you and your family at this sad time. She lived life to the fullest. Joined the Civil Air Patrol at age 16 and flew at Hadley Airport in South Plainfield. With her love for music she taught herself to play the organ and then sold over 4000 of them. Marion, retired in 1987 and moved to Punta Gorda Florida, where she found paradise. Retirement didn't slow her down, she was still very active. She was a Charter Member of Burnt Store Boat Club and first female boat Captain. She was also active with the Charlotte Players and played three parts in "Street Car Named Desire". Marion spent time traveling to many places from the Panama Canal to Alaska. She had a great zest for life and was always very active. The life of the party. Never a dull moment when Marion was around. She was special and had a magnetic personality. Many people were drawn to her and she would capture your heart with her spirit and love. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her and loved her.I was Marion's fiance, classmate, playmate, soulmate, and we shared our unconditional love that will last forever and ever. Goodbye "MY LOVE" until we meet again with Jesus in that great mansion in the sky. ~~~~~ JOHN

I too lost my mother this year, Anne-Marie (Proto) Demuth. Mom told me stories of her fun youth together with Marion. I only met her once or twice but I will never forget her energy, enthusiasm, and her faith. We had a great time at the family reunion in Palm Springs. She touched my life and was very inspirational in writing me during my illness last year. I am blessed that I had the oppurtunity to meet such as wondeful cousin.

To my dear beloved Mother, I will miss you more than words can express. You were always my strength when times got tough, then I became yours as time passed. Our hearts and souls were as one - you were always my guardian angel in life and will be in after life. I cherish the beautiful memories we shared for all my life and I know your holy spirit will always live within me. I was your 'precious cargo' - as you called me everytime I came to visit you, and I will love you through eternity and miss you with all my heart. Our love was very special, as only you and I know, and that will sustain me throughout my life. Thank you for the honor of being your daughter.
