Obituary of Blanche P. Neier

Blanche P. Neier, age 88, died on Wednesday, January 9, 2008 at Overlook Hospital in Summit. She was born in Washington, D.C., lived in Bayside Queens and has resided in Watchung the past 4 years. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Bayside Womens Club and the Bayside Yacht Bridge Club, Queens. Blanche is predeceased by her husband, Charles Robert Neier in 1984. She is survived by her daughter, Barbara P. Crafa and her husband John E. of R.I., formerly of Queens; three sons, Robert F. of Flushing, NY; William K. of Bedminster, NJ and Bruce E. Neier and his wife Patricia of Blauvelt, NY; 8 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. The funeral service will be held on Monday, January 14th at 9:30 a.m. in the Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Boulevard, Watchung followed by the interment at Greenwood Cemetery, Brooklyn, NY. Visitation will be on Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m.
