To Mr Billerman's Family:
I am 54 years olds and living in Columbia, SC. I grew up in Jersey and have known your Dad since I was a small child.
Let me tell you briefly how your Dad helped my family on several occasions. My Mother worked at Weston in the 1940's and Jack helped her with some problems she was having when he was in the union. When Weston was in severe financial trouble, Jack went to work for Loreal in Clark. My Dad and he had worked together at Weston for decades. Knowing that my Dad would soon be out of work, Jack came to our home in South Plainfield and recruited him for a job with Cosmair/Loreal. That generous act on the part of your Dad saved our family from some severe financial hardship.
I worked at Cosmair for a few summers while in college. Your Dad would always come up to me and ask how I was doing or crack a joke and he always closed with tell your Mom I was asking for her.
I had heard your family came into some good luck financially some years ago. Your Dad was a rich man in many other ways and we are now the poorer with his passing. He was a good Marine and a good Man no matter how you look at it. I will miss him and I offer my deepest condolences on his passing.
Semper Fi.

From the first day we met, it was abundantly clear that you were a special human being; truly one of God’s angels on earth. Your caring, dedication, and hard work in the performance of your ministries at OLM were a great inspiration to all. The shoes you left will be impossible to fill. We will miss you sorely. THANK YOU for enriching our lives!
