Dear Penny, John, Robin and Wendy.
Please forgive me for such a late condolence. I just learned of this. Old Stirling Rd. holds so many memories for me, and your Dad is in many of them. He always treated me with the utmost respect, even when I was involved in trouble. One could always count on him to lend a hand when it was needed. When I was home from Chiropractic college, your father was the very first one to trust me enough, to ask me to adjust his spine!
The old neighborhood is fading away so quickly anymore.
GOD BLESS you all,
and give you peace and comfort!
Dr. Glenn R.E. Allen.

Dear Penny, Robin, Wendy and Johnny, and the rest of the extended family,
We are very saddened to hear about Uncle Frank. It's was many years ago that we last saw him,but even though, the memories of him were wonderful. May the Lord's comfort be with all of you today as I pray you will seek Him for your strength. We love all of you very much and know that this is a difficult time for everyone. We will keep you all in our prayers. We serve an awesome God and it's times like this that it is difficult to handle without Him.
Love,
Robert and Barbara

I rarely called you Frank, as I would affectionatley refer to you as "Poppa Joe" instead, and you never minded that.
Always a strong man, you preferred not to show others your softer side. But I had been witness to it on a few rare occasions. And when I would call you on it, in jest, of course, you always made me promise not to tell anyone. Your secret has always been safe with me...until now.
I am sure I am not the only one who has seen the sensitive side of you, but like myself, always kept it a secret so that you would never feel you were a lesser man for it.
I will miss that soft side which you protected by that rugged exterior and of course, that wonderful smile of yours.
You are free now, Poppa.
