Sorry for your loss. I had not thought about Doc Tobey for years. Watching fireworks tonight reminded me of how my Dad. Milton, friend of Hy's from childhood, used to take me to Hy's home in North Plainfield on the 4th and watch the fireworks in Geenbrook Park from his back yard! Great guy, great memories. I can almost seeing the burnt out sparks floating down on us.
