You were the best Mom anyone could ever wish for. You and Dad helped and stood by me in good and difficult times. I called you almost every other night, especially weekends just to talk and here how your day went and the same likewise for me. I think of you and Dad all the time. I love you very much, even though you always say I LOVE YOU MORE!!!!

I was realy lucky to have met a loverly person like Alice. I remember calling her three times a week to check on her, we would talk about every thing. I will miss very very much.My family and I would always visit Alice when we came to New Jersey from Florida. I told her that she was like a grandmother to me because I lost both sides of my grandparents and both of my parents too.Alice was like family to me I loved her very much. God res her soul.

It was my lucky day when I moved next door to Tony and Alice in Bedminster, NJ. Tony became my best friend and Alice, my "Bedminster Mom".
Tony and Alice introduced me to the lady (Leslie) that lived in the condo on the other side of them and that lady is now my wife. Alice was so thrilled that she had introduced us. We lost Tony shortly after that. Leslie and I marveled at how brave Alice was.
My most vivid mememory of Alice is how beautiful she looked at my daughters wedding. She wore a silver gown that showed off her girlish figure. She was so proud that she had kept trim all her life and was the same weight as she was when she was in high school. Leslie helped her pick out the shoes for the gown and to top it off she wore a fur shoulder jacket and was delighted when all of the young ladies at the wedding wanted to try it on!
We loved Alice and she will be missed. Goodbye my bedminster mom.

Alice will always hold a special place in my heart. She was the first neighbor to welcome me to the neighborhood when I moved to High Pond Lane. We would walk together around the block and She would share stories and photos of her grandchildren. She would always be outside waiting to greet and welcome me home from work. She shared some of her recipes and she was willing to help me with suggestions for menu planning. She was my "Bedminster Mom"!! My thoughts and prayers are with the entire Bernero family.
