I have followed the lives of Gene and Kathleen, through thick and thin, from the days of their marriage, through the goodness of his dearest friends, my cousin Jack Sullivan and his wife Mickey. Having known Gene from years before his marriage I want to express to him, Kathleen, and to all his family, my deepest sympathy and prayers, that God will bless them with the grace and strength to bear this burden, with the knowledge that some day Tom will welcome them, when God calls them to his heavenly kingdom. Tom was a fun, loyal and compassionate friend and someone that I always looked forward to seeing. He will be missed greatly.
My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends, especially my dear friend Amanda.

Gene, Kathleen and family
We extend our deepest sympathy.
The last time we saw Tom was at Budd Lake, he was just seventeen. Tom has accomplished more in his short life, then most men beyond his years. Tom has the love of Amanda, Connor, his family and many friends, which is the true measure of a man. Tom, we hope you're
singing with the Angels on Saint Patrick's Day, and that you have the best seat in the house, at the new Yankee Stadium.

I will miss Tom very much. We shared a love of life and the New York Yankees.
I worked directly under Tom for a very short time but was touched by his honesty and humanity.
I was looking forward to this coming spring when Tom was going to teach me how to excel at golf without practicing.
An exceptional person!

Tommy, Kerry, My brother Chris, Scott and Glen Hagin and I used to "hang out" at the storm drain at the end of our driveway. We used to lisen to Van Halen's Diver Down Cassette on my mini Boom Box! We never stopped laughing! There were so many nights listening to the secadias and getting eaten by mosquitos! Tommy will truly be missed!
