Dear Daddy, Life is so incomplete without you here. I miss you sooo much. I look at your beautiful smile and smile back at you because I know you are watching every move your little girl is making. It gives me comfort to know that you are still protecting me and always will. Kimmie Sue asked me today, "Mom, what does it mean when it's so windy?" I answered, "It means Grandpop is singing Irish songs, probably "Danny Boy" and he is having a great time." My memories of you are in my heart forever and always. I love you!!!
Love, your little angel!

Dear Susan and John,
I was very sorry to hear of Louis's passing. I have a lot of good memories of Louis, and the times spent with him and Ed Nagle with the 2 AM breafasts after a night at Lake Edge. I will always remember how helpful Lou was to me after I bought my house in Watchung and the driveway washed away.
I hope your memories of the good times will bring you comfort at this time.
Best wishes
Jeff and Kathy Battis

Mr. Rothberg was a patron of ours at Werner's Lake Edge for more than 30 years. He always went out of his way to acknowledge the wait staff and was especially warm and friendly to me. Mr. Rothberg and his dear friend, "Uncle Ed," were the most beloved regulars I had. In fact, years later it occured to me that when Mr. Rothberg walked into the Lake Edge, it was like Norm coming into Cheers. EVERYONE loved Lou. He will be missed.

Thank you for everything you have done for me throughout the years. Although I miss you already, I am happy that you are no longer in pain and in a better place now. I will forever remember our last conversation and scrabble game. I know that you will watch over us all from heaven, and even though you won't be here to celebrate my special day, you will be watching and celebrating with us from above. Love you!

Sue, John and family, So sorry to hear of Lou's death. He was a great man, true friend. We were neighbors on Pemberton Ave. many years ago, and always enjoyed Lou's visits and stories. He was very good to my parents, plowing the driveway in a snow storm, etc. I know he will be greatly missed.
