I have not been able to offer my condolences until now. I simply have not been able to put my words down in writing and fully grasp what
John meant to me. What his loss has meant to me.
I met John in sixth grade. He was perhaps the only other kid who liked reading the way I did, and we always talked about books. He moved away, and I didn't see him for many years though we remained friends. When he came back, I left for North Carolina. Still, I considered him my friend to the very end. I'd see him for an hour- maybe moments only- every summer. Somehow, he still became a part of my life. John was amzing in his uniqueness- a character all his own.
I will miss him everyday of my life, as I have missed all that have passed before him.
John, I will live everyday with the fullness I know you would have wanted me too. i love you.

My son, Andrew, was a classmates of John's at WHRHS.
We remember John coming to our house a couple of years ago to participate in a game with my son and some of the other kids.
Our family wishes to convey to you our deep and profound sorrow at the loss of your son.
As parents, we realize there are no words that can provide solace but we want your family to know that we will keep you and John in our thoughts and prayers.

We worked together in Holmdel, Teri when you were expecting your first child. It is so sad to contact you under these most painful of circumstances. From reading the other memories, it is clear that John was loved and respected by his peers. May you find peace remembering his kindnesses and happy times together. My prayers are with John, you, and all who are suffering from his loss.

I remember the first time i tried out for the school play, he was trying out with me. He was this tall person and i was this short person and we were doing the dancing part together. He basically was lifting me the whole time. He was so funny, he was making fun of me and we were laughing hysterically when i fell. I'm going to miss him very dearly. Rest In peace J-Kling<3

Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him:
I will set him on high, because he hath known my name.
He shall call upon me, and I will answer him:
I will be with him in trouble;
I will deliver him, and honor him.

To the Klingert Family: I am very sorry for the loss you have suffered, as well as the lost we have suffered. John always had a positive attitude towards his friends, and I would imagine towards his family. He always meant well, and always wished the best for everyone. May God Bless him, as he will always be remembered in our hearts, now and forever.

We never really talked much, but I'd see him often in the hallways. And when I'd did, he never failed to give me a hug or high five or even a smile. He had some of the most beautiful eyes I had ever seen.

I didn't know John but I went to high school with him and my heart breaks for his family and for him. I've read some things that his friends have said about him and I wish I could've been blessed enough to have met him, he seems like he was a truly amazing kid. For his family and friends I am sincerely sorry for your loss and I hope that you can all find the strength within yourselves to stay strong and continue smiling everyday like John would've wanted you too.
