We did not have the pleasure of knowing Mrs. Verni but have enjoyed years of friendship with Rick and Meg Verni and their children. During this time, wonderful stories of Mrs. Verni have been shared. She will indeed be missed. We send our condolences to the extended Verni family. Peace to all.

Dear Verni Family,
We are thinking of you and send our prayers and love. Reflecting on Mrs. Verni's funeral, we were so touched by your beautiful family and the love that filled the chapel. My Dearest Sister. We grew closer and closer through the years. I will always remember all the family gatherings. Your children and my children so enjoyed getting together. It hasn't happened as much in the last several years because our families have grown so large and it was hard to find a date when we could all get together. My children are saddened that they were not able to see you the past few months when you were having all your health problems, but they were always asking how you were. We really hoped after the end of the year we could get together. I will try to fill in for you when your children need me and when your grandchildren have occasions of celebration although I could never replace you. I wish I could be of more support to your children right now, but I am having a hard time coping with losing you. Love you very much and will miss you. Love, Lil

Taking a break from work yesterday.
I sat in front of the house on Amity Street and reflected.
I wondered if you were with Grandma and Grandpa. I contemplated the mystery of God and Heaven, I wondered if someday our loved ones will be together for eternity.
I wondered if you were with us now.
There is one certainty. Here on earth you will live in our hearts.
A beautiful person loving and strong, you didn’t deserve to suffer.
I wish strength and peace for Uncle Joe, and the Verni family, for my Mom and Dad, Uncle Tony and Aunt Jeanette.
And all who loved you.

Dear Verni family, I am sorry for your loss and my prayers are with you and Mrs. Verni.
May God grant you his peace.
I will never forget Mrs. Verni and I am forever indebted to her for her generosity. During her real-estate agency days I was in college, so when houses were on the market Mrs. Verni hired me to maintain the lawns which helped me pay for my education and I loved the opportunity to be an entrepreneur. Mrs. Verni was always so pleasant and raised a great family.
Please accept my deepest sympathy!

My Nana was an amazing person. She was the best Nana any kid could ever have, and I truly believe that is the truth. My Nana believed in everything I did, especially my dancing. She would always tell me how great I was. My Nana could always make me laugh, especially when I would sleep over her house! Every Christmas we would bake cookies for the family; it was a tradition! Even though I will miss My Nana more than I can put into words, I know she is in a better place and I know she is not suffering anymore. May God bless her. I love you Nana, Always & Forever ~ Rachel

My memory of my cousin Mary is one of grace and beauty. As a youngster,I recall loving stories which were told by my Sainted Mother Dorothy. She always had wonderful, sweet things to say about her.....Such a loss to the Fedeli and Verni family. I still have a christmas card from her from the year 2000 which I hold close to my heart! It says,"Laura, I think of you often- this must be a very hard Christmas- You are in our prayers." She wrote this because it was the very 1st christmas without my mother. I know they are at peace together! With love to the family....Cousin Laura
