Ed and Gert had a double wedding with Beverly and I at GreatLakes in 1951. Ed and I started calling her Gert, rather than Trudy which she preferred at the time.
Bev died in 2002 but the other two women in our electronics class are still living and exchange Christmas greetings with me annually.
