I fell in love with my cousin Tina when I was 11 years old, holding my cousin in my arms.
Tina grew up to be one of the kindest, sweetest and loving person I have ever known. She was beautiful on the inside as well as on the outside.
I know she will be greatly missed not only by her beautiful family but by every person she ever knew.
May you rest in peace.
Love you,
Cousin Agnes

To the D'Angelo Family,
Mrs. D'Angelo was my first grade teacher. I remember my first day of school at PS8. A beautiful, warm and soft spoken lady with a sincere and loving smile. She took my hand and brought me to class. I was a very shy little girl. Many years later, I will never forget Mrs. D'Angelo's smile and her encouragement and beliefe in me. My only regret, I never contacted her to thank her for touching my life.
I am very sad and will never ever forget my favorite teacher, Mrs. D'Angelo! You are a gift to all who had the honor to know you and to study with you.
I thank my mother for contacting me. I feel very sad and will keep you and your family in my prayers always.
Thank you for everything, Mrs. D'Angelo!!
God needs a beautiful angel.
Love,
Marie Clemente

“Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal.” And boy did my Aunt Tina love. She had enough love to go on for centuries – enough for her husband, her children, her grandchildren, her siblings, her nieces, her friends....and no one ever felt left out.
My dear, sweet, beautiful Aunt Tina....There aren’t enough words to give justice to what an amazing woman my Aunt Tina was. I don’t have one memory when Aunt Tina didn’t have a smile on her face. She was always happy. Happy with her beautiful family. My Aunt Tina has always been my #1 supporter and biggest fan. She has said prayers for me that will last me a lifetime. My Aunt made everyone feel special. She always asked how I was doing and how my exams were and what was the news with Residency....and I never ever didn’t get a birthday card! Even when Aunt Tina got diagnosed and we were all so concerned about her – she was still asking about whether or not I got a residency position. I had to say, “Aunt Tina! Forget about me – we’re focusing and praying for YOU.” She was so unbelievably selfless. A beautiful woman indeed – inside and out. God must surely have wanted an angel, because he got the most perfect one in her.
Aunt Tina I will miss you always, and yet another piece of my heart will have an eternal ache in it. I know that you are in eternal happiness with Him and we must take comfort in that but it is still so hard to say goodbye. I love you tremendously Aunt Tina. Thank you for the privilege of having you as my Aunt and for being so wonderful and loving me so much.

I called her Mrs.D. and every time I'd greet her at a family gathering I just remember her always having a beautiful smile when whenever she asked "how are you"? (and she really wanted to know how you were). Her eyes smiled, whenever she saw you. I will truly miss those beautiful smiles and sweet, genuine greetings every time I saw her. She will be deeply missed by us all. God Bless You, Mrs. D.

My Mom...warm, loving, always smiling. My Mom...always knew what I was feeling, and thinking. My Mom...put everyone first,NEVER complained. My Mom...loved the simple flower you gave as much as the beautiful necklace. My Mom... was an angel who loved her husband DEARLY, and everyone of her chidren and grandchildren. We are who we are today because of the wonderful person she was and the example she set. We miss her terribly....I know she is at peace and looking down upon us which is what gives me strength. I LOVE YOU MOM......

I love my sister very much and I will miss her terribly for the rest of my life. I have a heavy aching heart because my amazing, loving, caring, wonderful sister is no longer with us. She had a special effect on everyone she met. My sister was a born kindergarten teacher; how lucky for the children who were fortunate enough to be in her kindergarten class. She changed the world for the better with each child she taught. How lucky for my children to have had such a loving caring Aunt. I know that Tina is in her special seat in heaven looking down and watching over us, but I wish my sister were still here with us.
A light went out and the world is a little less bright since my sister left us on April 13th. Rest in peace my dear sister. I love you.
Love, Fran

Tina & I worked together at PS 36. I will always remember the beautiful family photo that was proudly displayed on her desk. All those children and grandchildren. I used to ask her, "How do you do it all?" And she would say, "It makes me happy". What a wonderful and sweet lady. I admired her greatly. Her family is very blessed to have had such a lovely and caring lady in their lives.

It has been my honor to love and be loved by Aunt Tina. She brought so much love and beauty into the lives of everyone who knew her. Each memory that I have of her highlights how special she was, and how special she could make every person who met her feel. I strive to be even half the loving, caring, vibrant woman that she has always been. Be at peace and rest, my beautiful Aunt. Love always, Michelle

My fondest memory of Tina,is that of when we were children.
I was about 12 and Tina about
6. Tina was picked to crown the Blessed Mother and when she could not reach to place the crown her Dad had to lift
her up.It is a mental picture that has stayed with me through the years.
She will always be in my prayers.
Love Always

I remember Tina when I was a young girl in grammar school. I was in the same class with her sister Frances and used to stop by her house after school now and then and Tina was there. I even remember her dating Johnny. She was always smiling and a very sweet woman. God rest her soul.
