Obituary of Carolyn Lorraine Weinschenk

Clinton-Carolyn L. Weinschenk passed away on Thursday, December 1, 2011 at Morristown Memorial Hospital, surrounded by loving family. She was 63. Born February 13, 1948 in Bound Brook, she was the daughter of the late Vincent and Lorraine Longinotto, formerly of Warren Twp, NJ. Carolyn had resided in the Clinton area since 1971. Before becoming a homemaker, she was a cytotechnologist. She was a beloved mother, devoted sister, loving aunt and caring friend to everyone she knew. Carolyn will be remembered for her grace, kindness, generosity, strength and beautiful smile. She was a member of St. Ann's Roman Catholic Church in Hampton, enjoyed reading and traveling, but most importantly, lived for time spent with her family and grandchildren. Carolyn is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer and Josh DeChellis of Clinton, grandsons Mason and Harrison; her daughter and son-in-law Courtney and Brian Clark of Huntersville, NC, granddaughter Reagan and another baby girl on the way; and sister, Annette Murphy of Warren Twp, NJ. She will be forever missed. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, December 6, 2011 at 10:00 am from the Higgins Home for Funerals, 752 Mountain Blvd., Watchung, followed by a 10:30 am Mass of Resurrection at Our Lady of the Mount Chapel, 167 Mt. Bethel Rd., in Warren and entombment at Somerset Hills Memorial Park Cemetery in Basking Ridge.
