Mrs. Carter was a warm person. I rember as working with the Community Action Program. I was a board member of CAP from 1969 to its closing in 1975. She always had a beautiful smile and a happy attitude whenever I met her. Linda was definely her daughter. You have my deepest and sincere sympathy.
