Obituary of Judith Gail Engelmann

Judith Gail Engelmann, 54, of North Plainfield, NJ passed away on October 21, 2013. Judy was born on August 21, 1959 and raised in Elizabeth, NJ before moving to North Plainfield in 1984. She graduated with honors from Middlesex County College with an Associates' Degree in Biology. After graduating she started her career at Townley Laboratories in Plainfield, NJ where she became a lab coordinator/supervisor, and later worked at Rahway Valley Sewerage Authority as a laboratory analyst. Judy enjoyed music, movies, camping, traveling, reading, creative writing, and gardening. She especially loved spending time with family and friends. Judy is survived by her father, Frederick Engelmann; her twin sons, Eric of North Plainfield, NJ and Vincent and his wife Karen of Weehawken, NJ; her brother and sister-in-law, Fred and Lynn Engelmann and children Dillon and Jesse of Chestertown, NY; her sisters Sue Morales of Basking Ridge, NJ and children Katie and Lisa and grandniece Melanie; and Karen Hall of Pottersville, NJ and her children Melissa and Emmett. She was predeceased by her mother, Shirley Engelmann. A memorial service will be held from 12:00-2:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 26, 2013, at Higgins Home For Funerals, 752 Mountain Boulevard, Watchung, NJ (908) 756-0017.
